I’ve did a big push the last few days to get content up before I go on holidays in a couple of days. Why? To lock in post dates. Google, in the past, has tended to give more trust to older posts than newer posts al other things remaining equal. It’s easy to update the content on the old posts as needed. All this is in the hope of improving SEO (when I finally get round to looking at that). So far, this website has been one big learning exercise on Spectra, Spectra One and WordPress. The big content push has worked with clicks on the affiliate links. No conversions yet, but I am not expecting any at this stage.

27 clicks yesterday which was a pleasant surprise. Today has just started so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
I don’t imagine I’ll be posting much when I am on holidays the next few weeks. Probably just a few short posts from my mobile. Might be food blogging as I’ll be in Singapore.
